excellent service and and the wonderful relaxing surroundings
yes their maybe bigger and posher hotels but this one has somthing you cannot put your finger on the staff are friendly and happy to help you at all times . we would not consider staying at any hotel in St Lucia but this one its a smaller happier wonderful place and we consider this our st lucian home from home

We spend 4 days at the Halcyon Sandals Resort in St. Lucia. It was absolutely beautiful, despite some rainy weather.

Simply the best hotel i've ever stayed at...and i've stayed at a few! Yes the other 2 Sandals resorts on the island are bigger, with more resaurants, more watersports and more rooms, but they are full of Americans (no offence intended) and lack charm - having used the facilities at all 3 hotels, the Halcyon has by far the best service - very friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere that was lacking at the 2 larger properties. 5* service, attention to detail, great food (loved the italian restaurant and the one over the water) and the chicken wings....mmmmm. Very clean, as you would expect, taxi's alweays available at reception and reasonably priced tours and photographer to catch you infront of that perfect caribbean sunset :)
Will definitely return - hopefully many times.
